Over the last few months many in Grande Prairie have noticed new construction in
the busy city centre area. Located on the corner of 100 St. and 94 Ave. a new office
building will be opening in the near future.
Dr. N. Roy has been an established dentist
in Grande Prairie for the past 6 years and as the demands of his office grew so did
the need for more space. Seeing an opportunity to contribute to the city's growth,
Dr. Roy
decided the time was right to develop an existing property by updating and expanding
a current building. This new location will offer a new dental office that will include
state of the art dental surgical rooms. Additional space is also available for lease
to businesses that want a high traffic and easily accessible location.

Dr. Roy continues to upgrade and review current dental treatments so his patients
can receive the best in dental care. Recently he attended the Dental Sedation course
