Do you direct bill my insurance company?
We will be glad to bill the insurance company on your behalf during your scheduled appointment. Remember to bring your insurance information (Company, Policy names, Policy numbers.) or call our office prior to your visit to discuss your situation. We also accept Visa/Mastercard, Interac, Personal Cheques and cash at the end of your visit.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes. All of our offices are taking appointments for new patients.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes. We work with MediCard.
How old does my child have to be to visit the dentist?
As a rule of thumb, children as young as 3 years old can come for checkups as their teeth and the structures surrounding them are beginning to solidify and settle. However, kids younger than that can be brought to the dentist in order to get used to the office and the procedures.
How do you deal with nervous/anxious patients?
There is a lot that the gentle touch and demeanour of your dentist can do to make your visit comfortable, but just in case, we are pleased to offer state-of-the-art General Anaesthetic facilities at the High Prairie and Patterson Mall offices.
